2/10 Terrible

"Hotel room was absolutely filthy. Will never go back. I seen a couple roaches and there was specks of fecal matter in the toilet. I could not sleep because of the constant itching and the mattress was hard as a rock. I laid on top of the covers fully cloth with a hoodie on so my head didn’t touch anything. I left as soon i got a little rest. Staff was friendly even though the conditions were terrible."

"Staff was polite enough. Could hear cleaning staff complaining in the halls very clearly. Room with two queen beds had dirty duvets. Towels were permanently and noticeably stained. Breakfast offerings were minimal and borderline stale. Marks on the walls everywhere. SUPER SKETCHY ELEVATOR. Bathroom had small mold spots covered by paint. I should’ve taken pictures. I didn’t ask for new linens because I’m pretty sure all of it would be the same. This hotel could do for a close and major clean. Priced at $119/night was inaccurate for my stay. Should have been $70/night."

"We found 2 roaches in our room. 1 alive and 1 dead. Our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to move rooms. Not the property’s fault but someone kept slamming a door at 2 in the morning over and over. Was not restful at all. "

"The room was clean, and the linens and toiletries provided were of good quality. The hallway was a bit dated and stained. I didn't try the breakfast (it wasn't complementary), but the other time I did try it, it wasn't very good because they were out of so many things during a holiday season."
