"Desk staff was helpful & accommodating when I asked for a room on the second floor & a quieter area. When checking out the desk staff was nice. Nice clean room but the towels could be nicer. They are too thin & need to be replaced. The room is clean & large."

It was really irritating to get in the shower and reach for the shampoo and it was empty...wet hair for nothing and there was not bath soap in the shower, just a bar by the sink...not so great when you didn't notice and were already wet."
