"Yes. Parking - why a fee to park?????? - Why not just a slip with legit number provided by the hotel that reaffirms you are a quest? Am I paying for the security of the parking area - please!!!! I did not see anyone go out and check the premisses for vagrants nor people breaking into the cars and again I say if you are so greedy to make a dollar - make sure you post someone outside for safety sake. By the way if a car is broken into does the hotel have insurance to cover the cost of stolen...

"The room was small but ok for what I wanted for the price. The shared bathroom was the issue it had multiple tiles in the floor missing which I did not notice until stepping on a sharp end. Also the room did offer any isolation from road noise from the highways."

"Booked it for just 1 night. Attended a concert at the MGM 2 miles away. No street parking, its downtown Boston. We paid 38 bucks for overnight parking around the corner. Property was clean, but no heat, no hot water. March in Boston is freezing. The host answered fast w generic answers about heat n hot water."

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. "This place is awesome. Reminds me of the old inns in Cape May, NJ. I checked in on an unusually warm day in Boston and the staff offered me a cooler room on a lower floor. So kind! The bed was comfy, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and it was quiet. Great, walkable neighborhood as well! I’d definitely stay here again."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location and its breakfast. It is right in the middle of Brighton and 5 minutes or less from the B Green Line and 10 minutes from the C Green Line. The neighborhood has some cute diners, restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast is decent, with waffles and eggwichs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and plenty of coffee and tea. The free cookies are a big hit. Housekeeping is available only on request, and the request has to be made by 12 noon. The rooms...

"Staff were very friendly and the main areas were very clean. Our room did have some faucets that would leak for more than 10 minutes, the lights turned on, randomly, around 12:00 a.m. but these were minor inconveniences. I would recommend staying here for close proximity to medical centers in the area. "

We were 2 persons but it only has 1 chair, no sofa or any other place to sit. This was my only issue."
