"Well I did send Hilton Honors a complaint n nobody from the hotel gave me an apology beside that no front desk help , I did had to looked for them, the room the bathroom bath tub looks dirty. Is a shame because the hotel is beautiful n great for the price, mostly is a great hotel!"

"Overall, we had a good stay, as usual. This has become our go-to getaway spot, and I noticed many other guests seemed to feel the same way. My only feedback is that it would be nice if the rooms included a couch or sitting area instead of only the bed. The hotel also does not have a pool, which isn’t a major issue, but it would have been a nice added amenity. Lastly, the door closest to the parking lot locks around 9 or 10 p.m., even when using a room key. There are signs posted indicating that guests can access the door with their key, but that was not the case during our stay. As a result, we had to walk around the building to use another entrance, which was especially inconvenient when carrying items. These are all relatively minor concerns, but enough that I would likely choose to stay at The Courtyard across the parking lot on my next visit."

"Staff very professional and responsive. They could improve on the general services such as routine housekeeping, which the guests pays a few upon request. Also, linen not replaced daily or cleaned. Guest has to clean, replace, or request new linen to get it. Ok stay, with room for improvements. Thx for your hospitality. "

"The rooms are always so clean and look great and well done!! The hallways as well. The kitchen area is always clean as well!"

"The cleaning people do a very good job. Bed and Bathrooms were good as well. Room 129. My bed squeaks, we reported it same night. Staff seem to be nice to help guest. For Breakfast, they weren’t any variety. they mostly served carb food. They served No meat, no Biscuits no Waffles, and no pancakes. I just ate cereal. The OJ was mixed with way too much water. We chose a different drink option. One last thing, is when I sit down on my bed it squeaks.. I reported this to the front counter gentlemen. Thanks, Jack and LeAndra Kennington. The staff was helping others. So we were very happy with them. Not enough breakfast variety. No Fruit, No Waffles or Pancakes, or Biscuits. To be quite honest, we have traveled and been in a variety of Brands. It was the worst breakfast of places we have stayed. "
