"Staff was awesome."

"Staff was kind, courteous, professional and attentive! The hotel was clean, but there were certain things that needed to be addressed in our room and in common areas, but way things to be fixed. Nothing that would deter me from staying again, as these were mostly cosmetic things that needed attention. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"No fridge or microwave. outside of rooms there were bags like homeless people lived there"

"I didn't even try the pool. The lobby reeked of weed. We reserved a wheelchair accessable room. The first one was so narrow my wife couldnt even drive in. The secon she could at least get her wheelchair in. The door barely locked so we had the ironing board shoved under it for security. The breakfast was food, when it was there. We had one towel the first night and had to ask 4 times for more towels. Not the best time. All the staff were very friendly though. "

"The woman at the front desk was not friendly. She made me pay a $150 deposit but wouldn’t explain why, just that it would be returned to me when we checked out. At checkout, I couldn’t understand her when I asked for return of the deposit. "

"My room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, just wished it was waffles and not pancakes. But overall good. The only thing was that the frontvdesk clerk when i checked in was not very friendly. "
