Asked for refund and Karen at front desk started being very rude, finally got ahold of the manager and he was very nice and refunded our money. We did not stay even an hour. "

"Upon check-in, I was advised that the elevator was out of service in our room was on the third floor. So we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs during our stay. This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker. "Gym could have been better but overall, the property was in good shape and the staff was helpful. They provided decent good and drinks. There is room for improvement on the food, but it is included with your room so hard to complain. I really like the room. I would book here again if in the area. "

"The room was nice, except the bathtub was filthy. The man at the check in desk was very friendly and accommodating.
