The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful, offering me a sandwich as i arrived very late when the town was pretty much shut up for the night.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located close to train station and bus stops. Easy to get public transport. Hotel was clean, room was large. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very comfortable beds and great room for families. Not much dinner options locally so maybe plan ahead! Bathrooms need a bit of upkeep but a great price.

The hotel is right by the station which is very handy for a multi centre holiday and it is very central for everything you may want to do in Bern. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The roof terrace is beautiful and the rooms are really well equipped really comfy beds and brilliant showers. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on that, breakfast was 40 chf per head which seemed a lot so we used local cafes instead. Classic long-established hotel in the center of old town Burgdorf. Friendly staff and conveniently located.

Very helpful staff who made sure we were aware of everything we needed to know and were always on hand. The room was huge and had air conditioning. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was the only meal we had in but it was of a great quality and variety. The bus stops right outside the hotel door and takes you down to town or the train station and it’s free for visitors!
