立地が良い

コンビニが目の前にあり駅からも徒歩圏内で便利。 川沿いにある露天風呂は魅力的だったが、階段で少し降りて行かないとならず、足の悪い方は無理かと思った。清掃直後だったせいか、脱衣所と浴室がとても寒くて、風呂の温度も思ったより低かったのが少し残念だった。。

お風呂を満喫しました。

観光の間、荷物を預かっていただきました。どのスタッフも感じが良く楽しい旅の思い出となりました。 男性と女性の浴場が時間制で変わるため、両方に入れたのが良かったです。木製の舟と桶をそのまま利用した物があり無機質でない良さがありました。

Retour à cet hôtel si nous revenons à Kinugawa.

Hôtel situé dans un endroit très calme à 5 minutes de marche de la gare. Chambre très propre, lit "king" très confortable,onsen agréable, bien tenu. Réservation à l'avance pour les repas. Personnel parle anglais, très aidant. Alentours très sympatiques. Retour à cet hôtel si nous revenons à Kinugawa.

一泊二食日式標準二人房 酒店環境美麗，鄰近鬼怒川溫泉駅、鬼怒川遊覽船, 楯岩大吊橋，位置十分便利。 溫泉酒店有大浴池及戶外溫泉共六個池，分三個時段，有足夠時間體驗各個設計不同既日式溫泉。 日式房間美麗，一泊二食係和式廳享用一人一份，食物味道雖然沒有驚艷，但都十分精緻美味，是日式溫泉體驗重要的一環。

離車站大約五分鐘的距離，斜對角就有一個便利商店。不過晚上附近都蠻冷清，只有對面幾家居酒屋。飯店房間和設備看起來有些老舊，不過接待人員待人親切，有會說英文的員工。溫泉的部份挺不錯

Excellent ryokan

Great traditional japanese room in a modern though typical accommodation. Staff was very attentive and extremeĺy helpful. Onsen is simple and beautiful, as should be. Very happy with the hotel, highly recommended

great hotel!

they have clean and well taken care of rooms. they offer clean private baths for onsen if one doesn't want to use the public ones. it is chargeable per use though. have to say that the hotel is within 10mins walking distance from the kinugawa train station. there is free parking and a convenience store just outside the hotel. the staff service is great! they have english speaking staff.

酒店內有温泉，小型商店，在晚上如果沒有預訂餐廳食飯只可到附近便利店解決。在住宿3晚内酒店雖然不同服務員，有説日語英語國語及廣東語也有，在第二晚回酒店時發現沒有收拾床鋪及清潔房間，但只放下新浴衣及清潔杯子，真不明白為何有服務員入房都不清理及連垃圾也沒有倒呢! 酒店到車站大約行5分鐘，可乘火車或巴士到其他景點也十分方便。附近有24小時7-11便利店，

A nicely renovated ryokan

All you would expect in a ryokan, plus English speaking staff and private outdoor bath for rent (2000Yen for 50min). Only 5min from the station, restaurants and convenience store close by. Compared to the other ones I have stayed in, this one looked newer and cleaner (maybe it's been renovated not so long ago?)

quiet good hotel which is close to the station!

This is a good hotel. The staffs inside are very nice and helpful! It is close to the train station and the 7-11. Food are nice inside too!

我們在此住2晚（1泊2食），第一晩因到埗時間將會過晚膳時間1小時，我們在當天午後致電詢問可否留餐，他們就為我們留餐了，此等服務值得一讚。 房間好大，好整潔。職員優善，他們也安排懂得英語，國語的職員照顧我們。

道地的日式溫泉飯店，湯池種類多又棒，懷石料理也好吃

飯店真的服務超細心，到處都有歡迎的字牌，ㄧ進房有迎賓和菓子，還把冰水、熱水各一壺都準備好了，還有整套完整的茶具，飯店本身更是處處小驚喜，光是溫泉就有七種不同的湯池，每個小細節都佈置的超典雅。進房時還有女將帶領，然後細心解說房間的各項事情，離去前還在我們不知道的狀況下幫我們把鞋子收到鞋櫃裡!!!太誇張了 日本懷石料理初體驗，很精緻~每道菜都會讓人驚豔!!!!!可惜太晚到了!!!強烈建議要訂餐(一泊二食)!!!@@下次的溫泉之旅要記得三點就check in呢~~

前夜の予約でも丁寧な対応

男4人旅で宿泊しました。急な予約でしたが広くて綺麗なお部屋にとてもお手軽なお値段で宿泊することができました。大浴場も朝と夜で違うお風呂に入ることができ満足でした。近くにはセブンイレブン、地元の飲み屋もあり、日光東照宮にも車で20分ほどで着きました。
