"It is my second stay at Galavilla. I love this place so much. I was happy that the hotel is well developt. I feel as a home. The morning view form the room is realy breathtaking. The hotel is open around 5 years but still everythings is as new.I never see it in another hotels in Sri Lanka. I can recomend everyone who like nature and relax."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Fox Kandy. The hotel is beautifully designed, and its hilltop location provides perfect views over Kandy and the surrounding hills. One of the standout moments was the morning mist covering the lower parts of the city and hills, leaving the peaks visible above it. It was a beautiful sight. "Tricky to get to, small uncomfortable bed, very dirty, bottled water seen to have been bottled manually (didn't touch it, it had bits inside). Description mentioned 18 pools, we only saw one. Very poorly sound proofed. Not cheap (especially food). Pretty scenery all around."

"Beautiful property with wonderful staff and best food we had on the island. Loved the excursions and hikes on offer. Special mention to the organic farm they have, we enjoyed a tour and all our meals sourced ingredients from right on site. Location was close enough to Kandy for sightseeing but much nicer to be away from the city and surrounding by nature and the mountain view. Especially from the spa pool!! Highly recommend"

"Staff extremely helpful - ordering transport, giving advice, checking you had everything you needed. This is far away from Kandy which is good if you want quiet and beautiful views. The plunge pool is a nice touch and means you can relax whilst taking in the surroundings. Pickme can be tricky in Kandy with drivers cancelling trips. Or they arrive, cancel you trip and try to renegotiate another price and as not everyone wants to drive that far you can’t be picky. The breakfast at the property was...

"This hideaway was delightful. Immaculately clean, super quiet, it was a lovely stay. It is a bit of a drive off the main road, but the endless views are unforgettable. No restaurant, but takeaway orders are easily fulfilled, and the dreamy pool makes it worth a longer stay."
