"Property was clean and breakfast was yummy. Complaints were the window did not properly fit so it was open a bit. Also the noise from kids running up and down the hallways and the ice maker was broken so we had to go to the first floor to get ice each time. We were there 4 days and no one cleaned our room. It didn’t need it but they could’ve changed our towels and sheets. "

"The gal in the evening was so sweet, I can't remember her name, but she was going through some medical challenges and still a delight. The day guy manager not so much. I told him every time I put a paper cut in the microwave it starts burning. He told me you shouldn't do that. Get another cup. There were no other cups, but I have never heard of not putting a paper plate with your food in the microwave as I have been my entire life. He seemed to care less about the burning. "

"I always like Oxford Suites Spokane Valley. It’s clean! Everyone is friendly, a relaxing atmosphere with complementary soup/salad bar (certain hours) drink voucher for each guest. Breakfast buffet. The rates are within reason. I don’t travel as much as I’d like, but make it a point to stay at Oxford!! "
