"The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. "The stay with family for 4 days 3 nights is fantastic. The view is so amazing with snowing. It is near to ski resort with 15 mins drive. It is very convenient with driving a car and facility is clean and comfortable for a family staying. There is no breakdown communication with the staff and clear instructions was given. Will be back again of visit Niseko again."

"We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday."

"Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

"This was a great little place to ski and stay in Niseko. Very central to all the things in Hirafu. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ski lift but still great. The staff were super helpful in helping us get a ride to the airport in Chitose when we got stuck without a rental car that we were expecting. Great stay. Would stay here again."
