"The room had dirty towels in the bathroom when I asked for clean towels those were stained yellow they wasn't white at all. No elevator and the halls smelled like old cigarettes and old carpet.I waited until I got home to shower. Breakfast was coffee plain bagels and a blueberry muffin I passed I woke up super early to get out of there"

"Clean and comfortable location for a stop traveling from OH to MA. Did not use the pool but good place for kids to let off energy. I was traveling with a dog and it was an additional $50 dollars. The location was right off the highway and there was a walking path and field to take your dog out safely."

"The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming.
The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water.

"The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was nice. The breakfast was delicious with options including biscuits, fried eggs, shredded cheese, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bagels, etc. I found a free parking spot (on Saturday night) in front of the hotel. But my husband had to park his car a good distance away. FYI- the parking garage does not have EV chargers."

"The hotel and staff were great. Our only complaint was the noise. We had a room on the 4th floor facing the courtyard and could hear every word. A party was taking place and drunk guests stood around talking loudly all night. We had to leave for the airport at 4 am and there were still party guests arguing in the hallway so loudly right outside the guestrooms.
The hotel is otherwise great and minutes from the airport. The breakfast in the restaurant was also fantastic and fresh."
