"I booked the hotel because they offered free airport shuttle. I called the hotel to dispatch the shuttle, they asked me when I scheduled it and I told them I didn't and they said that I had to schedule it the day before I arrived. I've never had this happen before. I ended up having to pay a $20.00 cab fare. I won't be using this hotel in the future."

"It was mostly clean and functional but our shower could only shower, not switch to tub fill. We had 1 bar of soap to wash hands and bodies no shampoo or other toiletries. The breakfast was the stingiest cheapest junky crap I have ever seen, after inquiring the night before that there would be fruit, there were only empty bowls at 8:20 for a 9:00 end. "Our room had a bad odor when we got there. The side door was broken with no lock for security. My hair dryer would over heat after only a few seconds. The pool water seemed unkept. Overall the rest of the hotel seems decently clean and a nice breakfast provided. Not sure it was worth the high cost though."

"The room was hot a humid when we got into it. We turned the very old air conditioner on for it to be blowing very warm air. Not cold at all. We had to go down stairs and tell them, and they use switches from in the office to control the air units in the rooms. Very strange. Our room smelled musty. The blanket had a very disgusting stain on it it looked like blood. The carpet was full of dust and had trash behind the night stand. The fire alarm was hanging off by the wires! "It's a good location. If you need to get on US65, it's easy. There's a stoplight if you need to make a left turn. There is a supermarket, McDonalds, and a convivence store nearby. It's a two story property with no elevator. The washer / dryer is free, but make sure the washer kicks on before leaving. My room, the towel rack fell off since the screws were loose. I tightened them up, but they're still loose. Not sure if they need larger screws or not. The door latch had loose screws with...
