"We loved our romantic room with a nice balcony which gave nice views of the mountain and fortress. The apartment was a little quirky in that the lights in the wardrobe would never go off, and the safe was not fixed to anything solid, but we always love a room which has windows on two walls, which ours did. The environment within was laid back and relaxed and Matija provided very good support whenever anything was required. There was a small breakfast area for a decent, basic breakfast but we enjoy eating outside and so made use of the breakfast room balcony. We were very surprised that other guests chose to eat inside very close together and looking slightly awkward but pleased also because it meant a table was always free on the balcony for us."

"From the second, you walk up to the hotel and then take a step inside, you’re in complete awe. The front desk staff is beyond helpful, so welcoming and even offer you little donuts to dip in honey as you arrive! Please note, there is no elevator to your hotel room, so be prepared to walk up steps and carry your luggage. Although, they were very helpful in getting our luggage upstairs. The rooms are spacious, historic and beautiful. And overlooking the big square is incredible. So many reviews told us how loud it is, but it is very impressive. How much noise the thick windows keep out. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but offers everything you need. The breakfast is lovely and the staff is incredible making you fresh coffee drinks of your choice. There is a lovely balcony you can go sit, overlooking the square and they give you a coupon card to get 10% off of a few restaurants in the area. If you are looking to stay within the Walls of KOTOR, we highly recommend this place. Only 19 rooms and they make you feel very important. They were also very helpful in arranging rides for us for different destinations we were going.We loved Svetlana and Milan!"

"Easy check-in. Met the host in the old town square. Communication with the host was excellent - very kind and unbelievably helpful. He gave me tips on good restaurants, etc. He was efficient and very friendly. The studio is right in the Old town and is up about 15 steps. ‘My’ studio was small and cosy. It was great for me as a solo traveller. It has everything I needed and everything worked. The kitchen is small but has a hot plate and that was enough for me. It felt safe and, because it was elevated, I could open the windows with privacy. The studio was pristinely clean and everything was of good quality. A great location, but be aware of the Cafe outside - there was a bit of noise at night. I liked hearing the life. I loved staying here. I highly recommend Studios Belvi. The host was wonderful. Thank you for your help, kindness and friendliness."

"Very clean stay at a very nice property! Very safe area, brisk walk (about 16min but can walk along the water!) to Old Town Kotor. However, if you are bringing kids/require bathroom accessibility, I would suggest booking elsewhere. The bathroom is extremely small and water ends up covering the entire floor after a shower. Overall this is an amazing apartment and a nice place for a weekend getaway!"
