"Found this hotel to be very disappointing. Upon arriving, there was a bell along with a notice that they were away assisting another guest and would return shortly. As we waited, the front desk attendant walked out of the back room, having been there the entire time. I reserved a room with 2 beds. "Very clean, nice location for tired travellers. Breakfast was really good too. The only complaint I have is they do not have refrigerators in the rooms, they have what they call "coolers." What is a cooler? It looks like a refrigerator but only runs for 2 hours before requiring you to push the run button again. So, all your stuff gets hot while you sleep unless you get up every 2 hrs and push the button inside. When I pay what I paid to stay somewhere one night or 10, I want a REAL refrigerator...

The black lady at the front desk was very rude and nasty to customers I believe her name was Camilla, i called her on the phone from my room and told her my room was not clean as I requested it to be done and no one came. she than said well all works gone for the today and I need to come down for towels because she is busy so my husband when down for the towels and she send him and told him he need to come back with the dirty...
