"The evening front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly. But the room itself was outdated and not what we expected from what the pictures online showed. The shower was dingy, there was soap scum on the sink, and there were a few hairs on one of the beds. Beds were clean but white was stained yellow. Tub was high and hard for me to get into and slippery. Tub was coming apart. Ceiling in bathroom was coming down. Blackout curtains were half hanging on. Fridge and microwave provided. We had to get an emergency hotel and this was within budget. ...
