"Room was modern, we had a medium size room light, spacious and comfy bed Hotel has great vibe, bar and games on ground floor. The Asian food restaurant was delicious with great cocktails, spa relaxing and staff were friendly and welcoming"

"The good: * Great breakfast buffet * Really fun hotel * Very clean * Very friendly and helpful staff * Easy access to the park * Trams right outside the hotel quickly get you to most places you'd want to visit within minutes The "to be improved": * The check in was confusing. I messaged the property before my stay aboutate checkout and confirmed the timings yet the staff had no recollection of it and said they don't do it. When I asked someone else I got slightly conflicting advice * The dinner buffet in the restaurant was comically bad (I don't know if it was because it was a quiet evening or something but terrible!). Swedish meatballs with no sauce? Nachos with no cheese!??? * Sheets in our bedroom were not changed unless we specifically requested it, and cups were not changed either * They suddenly stopped giving complimentary guest passes to the park, which was news to us when we arrived "

"We picked a small room to stay for our flight the next morning. The room is fresh, has a nice bed and is cool and dark during the night. The insulation is okay, we heard the room next to us when they were shouting. They had children that did not enjoy waking up at 5:00 in the morning. The tv is an LG and the bathroom is of good quality. We didn’t have a view, but it was good for just staying the night. The breakfast is also very good with a variety of varm dishes, pancakes, yoghurt, quark, bread, pastries, juices, milk and coffees. Their restaurant is surprisingly delicious, would definitely recommend if you’re staying for the night and hungry in the evening."

"Great breakfast and the staff was trying their best. On the other side, I was informed that the gym isn’t available while my stay, however I was offered a 5 days free trial on the gym next door which I thought was great! Nevertheless, the registration form was in Swedish and was only applicable and available for Swedish nationals. I was then offered the option to go to the other hotel of the same chain which was 7-10 minutes walk away. I know the gym there is quite smaller and given the fact that there was such a distance to walk and that I I ly wanted to go to the gym early in the morning this was quite unpleasant, so I didn’t use this facility. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times in the past for work always (possibly more than 10 times the last 2 years), but I think I will not stay there in the future if the option of the gym isn’t available and I only find out in such a short notice."

"Pleasant stay, Helpful check in staff. Very knowledgeable about the local area. Location is great. Central and direct above the central train station And a 7 eleven. We have breakfast. Was good quality and lots of options. We went down later on the first morning and noticed a better experience the following day at an earlier slot. Same with most hotels buffet breakfast to be fair"
