"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. "The breakfast and dinner at the bar from the restaurant Archie’s was good quality. It has a great pool and spa like area overlooking the city which is nice after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We had a drink at Gogogqga which was a lively place. The view was so nice. Yhe hotel is not in the central city but it is right next to Ullevi stadium so that would be a plus if you are going to a game. The rooms are quite dated. Needs a bit of a refresher but otherwise a good hotel."

"Excellent stay at this property. Staff were very helpful especially the staff at Heurlins. Both the waiting staff and chef were excellent at helping with options for a meal excluding my food allergies. Great location with the Tram stops outside to travel through the city. WiFi in room was great. Would definitely return to this property."
