Girls trip

Check in clerk was not very friendly. To be honest, when we drove around back to our room, it looked like a big drug house. We were so uncomfortable that we never even stopped the car. We made an immediate decision to just leave and find another hotel. Needless to say, we lost the money we spent for this hotel. Not very happy about that!

Hot Ass Mess

I guess it was my fault for trying to book a hotel last minute during playoff weekend BUT a Knight’s Inn was better than this stay. Hell a shelter was better than this stay. It was dust all on the TV, stand, and lamps. The plumbing was messed up, toilet gurgling, and the shower drain was so clogged that the water does not go down. I wish y’all could of seen the amount of Lysol I sprayed and how much I wiped to even feel somewhat comfortable. I highly DO NOT recommend it is not worth spending a penny on. Whoever inspects this location, inspect soon because I’m sure it will fail then shut that bs down and revamp it!

Overall the my stay was not good. The room was dirty, pillow cases were dirty, bathroom was dirty, there was no blank on the bed, and they charge $2.00 to get additional keys for the room.

I arrived on Dec 17th 2021 and I requested to be in a 2 non smoking room and was placed in 2 smoking rooms. I requested a change because I’m asthmatic and there were no available rooms left. I also experienced the hotel very unclean and appliances not operable. To top it off on Saturday there were roaches in the bathroom and shower. I am disappointed and I’m requesting a refund. I would not advise anyone to stay at this property in the future.

Worst ramada ever

I have always loved traveling and a descent hotel getaway but this hotel was legitimately the worst hotel I've ever checked into. It was unsanitary, the light switch didn't work and the staff refused a refund.

The hotel is a known to be frequented by local drug users and prostitution. The rooms are filthy and falling apart. The beds have bed bugs and cockroaches roam the rooms freely. There wasn’t any thing true about their advertising online.

Front desk makes you wait later

At arrival, The front desk female attendee scolded me for asking about a military discount. I arrived at 9:00 as words were exchanged she said i was stupid for asking my question and that i could check in at 11pm ad i was an a55hole. How rude!!!

HORRIBLE

We end up not staying the ace was horrible there was people there that it shouldn't be there cars with broken windows bathroom was disgusting the whole roo. Was disgusting we run as fast as we could ftom there and the breakfast area was being use as a storage the tables had all the sheets ckean and dury all over the tables and chairs it was the worse i have seen and it looked dangerous..

Nasty bathroom, toilet, room very outdated. Entry shows signs of a wear, everything above the hotel needs updating badly. Never will I choose this hotel again, Ramada should investigate to get there name off.

Property is a motel style and different from what is advertised. Noticed drug dealing directly behind hotel. Hotel had a security guard but was not visible during evening only during morning. Non smoking room smelled of smoke.

The good thing about the hotel is it was relatively close to the VA Beach Boardwalk and gas stations, major stores, and food. It was super disappointing, because, I get COVID, but only one person could be in the lobby at one time. You spoke to the hotel representative through a glass, and it was difficult to hear, they weren’t very friendly at all (I’ve had worse, but you can tell when someone is just doing something so they get paid not because they like it). The room was dirty. I paid for a non-smoking room, and I walked in and the blast of cigarette smoke hit you square in the face as soon as the door was cracked. The bath tub would not hold water in it, it had dirt, and pubic hairs in the tub still, and the tub had a slight dirt ring around it. For a quick stop, it was fine, but anything longer than a day or two, I wouldn’t do.

Falsely advertised

I booked online and once I got there I realized nothing was as advertised. No breakfast. No access to any pool, the lobby was even closed down .. not at all as advertised. I was coming down with kids and those were the most important items for them. I did however speak to management and they did cancel the stay and gave me a receipt for cancellation. As it was so far from what I wanted, but I did end up getting a equally poor hotel room. I presume it was because I was in a rush even more more expensive, as it was last minute but that hotel room was run down and had riffraff in every corner.
