"I liked being close to the town center and the interstate. The television didn't work, or the door lock didn't work. I could see people walking past my room through my supposedly “closed and locked door.” I believe someone tried to pry my room door open, because it wasn't like that when I first checked in. I couldn't use my door key at all. I reported it to management. I was told I would receive a 50% discount, but that wasn't true. It will be my first and last time staying at the Crown Point...

"I enjoyed our stay very much. All The room face a quiet little courtyard with plenty of seating. The room was clean; the beds were comfortable; the air conditioning worked without issues. The room has a small coffee maker and coffee, and a hair dryer. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, a Dairy Queen and Overview Diner. (I highly recommend breakfast at Overview Diner!). The staff/owners are available 24/7 and helpful."

"The hotel needs an update. The carpet, elevators and parking. The restaurant employees were very courteous and professional. However, the check in desk clerk could use a class on common courtesy, not very accommodating. Oh yeah, the water pressure in the vanity sink was very low. It was like at a rest stop."

"Hotel stay was overpriced for what you get which is just a bed and shower. Have to pay to park at this property which I didn’t realize. Breakfast is not included. We used the pool and there were no clean towels. It took 45 minutes for that staff to bring them down. Our room wasn’t ready for our check in time. Had to wait over two hours past the listed check in time."

"Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem. When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was sold out and that my room had been given away. I was told they had tried to contact me but could not find my phone...

"Toilet wasn't clogged but wouldn't flush right our main door had a half inch gap in the corner of it had to put a towel in front of it to keep the bugs out air conditioner worked but looked like it was falling out of the wall . Called and asked staff for wash cloths said they were being washed went to the front desk later in the day lady wrote down the room number said they would take some up later never seen them . View of the bay was great pool was nice."

"Bed linens & pillows were terrible! Towels great! We had very late room service on Friday…. Left no coffee, fresh cups, glasses, etc. No room service at all on Sat. Had to call desk for towels, coffee Outdoor area could be improved….. many chairs had no cushions Location is so nice but for $529 a night, we expect more!! Staff was very nice."

"Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property was immaculate. The pool created a very nice atmosphere to relax in the infinity pool which had an amazing view of the nearby surfing pool and have a nice drink. The whole property had a sleek, modern feel which impressed me. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing 2 things which were minor complaints was the fact that the large main window of our room...
