"The hotel is beautiful and has an awesome view of the harbour. There is some minor construction going on which caused for the water to be out of service the following day for 8 hours, but that did not directly affect me. Parking lot is tight due to the construction happening at the hotel. Front desk thanked me for being a Bonvoy member and upgraded me to the 10th floor which was awesome because of the view j mentioned above. Snack lounge was great, too! No real complaints other than I called...

"First day There was 2 water dispensers with lime in the lobby which we got really happy about it but After that both dispensers were empty we requested couple times if they can fill them up but front desk were forcing to people buy$2.50 water bottles which we didn’t not like that. Our key cards work the first day starting second day stop working and we had to keep going around the building to get access to the hotel and room keys also stop working.
