"Oceanfront room was fabulous – everything exceeded expectations, really, with kudos, going to an exceptional staff, especially the gentleman checking guests in. In addition, this place seems to attract a remarkably well-mannered clientele: no loud music, no slamming doors, just people having a lovely vacation. I will definitely be back"

"Great location. We had the 2 double bed efficiency. A little musty smelling but clean. Extremely thin sheets and 1 thin fleece blanket. Overall a good deal for the location. I’m always very leery and read reviews and I was pleased."

"I was hesitant to book this property but I wouldn't be. The over flow lot is literally a 1 minute walk and valet will get your car if you aren't willing to walk. Onsite valet was nice. Property is nice, we took advantage of buy one entree and 1 child eats free. All these hotels are old but this hotel has been remodeled nicely. Ocean view was nice, location is nice. I would stay here again 100% - this was my experience. I was with my wife and child."

"We had a great time at the Sand Castle Resort. The location was the most important part it put us right at the pier and walking distance to great places we could afford like Dairy Queen etc. the restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing we had an excellent time. I know from past experience that it always rains on my birthday so the location was important we never got caught in the storm and were able to go out and have fun regardless of the weather."
