"April 25, 2026 for 4 nights. Our dislikes was no bathroom fan or microwave. We loved the beach view with the marble fireplace chairs all around and you can get served food and drinks but it takes a while. Front of hotel has rocking chairs to sit in while you the beautiful beach. We had corner room beautiful. They have out pool on roof with 2 bars and hot tub. Indoor pool was being worked on meaning water not clear. D.Knox"

"The hotel itself is generally fine, however excluding 1 staff member (Latina girl with an accent, apologies I meant to get her name, she’s great) the rest of the ladies at the desk are both unhelpful & rude. They spend their entire shifts staring at an iPad with AirPods in & act as if you’ve done them a disservice anytime you approach & they actually have to do their “job”. Nobody says hello, they can barely even manage eye contact, it’s a truly pathetic display of customer service as well as...

"The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush properly. Tried to call the front desk using the phone in the room, but there was no connection to the front desk. There was no bath gel wash in the container in the shower. Lighting in the room is very dim."

"Hot breakfast included is always a good deal. Be aware parking fees are $16 daily. VA Beach parking is always hard to find. Most hotels charge a fee. Pet fees are $25 daily. Harris Teeter grocery is right across the street as well as the beach. Pizza place next door as well as a popular Irish pub with bands playing music outside. I saw alot of people dancing. There is a patch of grass about 15 feet wide and the length of the hotel to walk your dog too. Good location."

"The hotel sits on the beach, but the staff was rude and did not have a room that we paid for- insisted the room we had was an upgrade, when there was only one bed with ocean view- not 2 as we had requested. Plenty of other hotels to stay in area."
