"The experience was very special. Welcoming and attentive staff. Beds are a little hard if you get the traditional room. Takes some getting used to. The public bath was amazing. They offer a good western breakfast."

"Excellent location with onsite parking. Walking distance to all attractions and shops. Rooms were clean & nicely furnished. Compact yet cozy with good amenities. Hotel provided a recommended list cafes/restaurants. There was also free flow of drinks during tea and post dinner (including sake) at Lobby area. Would definitely stay here again."

"Stay a bit outside the town center and travel by bus (hotel provided for free) into the town. The town is amazingly peaceful and clean with amazing vistas. Hotel amenities are excellent and the onsen that is on premises is excellent."
