"The stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The rooms were basic, outdated, and nowhere near what I would expect for the price. What made the experience even worse were the excessive hidden fees. Parking cost $45 per night, and the hotel charged a $100 per night deposit, causing the total extra charges to approach $1,000. To make matters worse, guests are expected to wait several days after checkout to receive their money back. The staff was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful,...

"The room was very clean, which was the most important. The coffee service in the morning was closed by 9:15 though, and the person directing the shuttle in the morning was very obnoxious. And told vulgar jokes. The free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship was very nice. Other than no coffee and the obnoxious person, it was a nice stay."
