"Beyond basic - whilst I appreciate it was a self-catering apartment, and I didn’t expect any luxuries e.g bottled water or toiletries that lasted more than one shower, I did expect better basics like mor than one tiny travel size dish soap bottle and more than one bin bag. The apartment isn’t serviced, but there’s nothing provided to help you clean yourself, except instructions to empty the bins which are situated to blocks away. "Great apartment, however the customer service was inconsistent and went from good to absolutely unacceptable. Twice in our stay, day one and 4 we were unable to access the building (day one) and the flat (day 4) due to faulty entry system. The customer service was unhelpful, with one agent laughing in the background, and it took 60 mins to get an answer that someone was going to look into it and another 45 to 60 mins to enter the flat. Absolutely to avoid. Issues in a property can happen but...
