Actually very nice hotel and friendly staff. Very well located. The rooms are good and also, very good AC. Got checked in at 11:50 as I arrived early and the staff helped me out after a long flight.

New Hotel in cucuta. Great double bedroom suite, lovely room, great beds, kitchen shower coldish but OK, roof top restaurant lovely, food great, pool small but ok to cook off in, great for little kids.

The actual hotel is excellent all the staff are polite and attentive. Even though my Spanish is horrendous.. the rooms could have been soundproof as the roads outside the hotel are very busy and lots of horn blowing like there is in South America. The breakfast was outstanding every morning with a good choice of food and juices and cereals. I would say that my stay with them was really good apart the noise...

All was perfect to finish the holiday in Colombia! The restaurant on the roof was very good, and breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of food. The swimming pool before a long flight home was spectacular
