"Very centrally located to the pedestrian downtown, the lakefront, and close enough to UVM and Champlain College to make our visit very easy for everything that we wanted to do. Beautiful adaptive reuse of an historic armory building for the bar, restaurant, entry and lobby areas with rooms in an attached, newer building. Great visit, will stay here again!"

"Pictures on their website are deceptive. Water view is not really a water view unless you’re on the 8 or 9 floor. We had a trees view and was quite disappointed. But they still promise you and charge you for it. Very thin walls; can hear neighbours snoring and talking, very noisy. Would never go back."

"The hotel is still quite new, so everything is in great shape (although our sink drain was dripping, maintenance fixed it promptly). Comfortable beds, nice breakfast options for a reasonable price, good fitness room. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Hôtel is outdated and getting tired. The door had a crack all the way around, not allowing a full seal. It was quite loud at night with college kids yelling running around."
