"The property and our room were very clean. The lounge was nice and the food was decent. The only con was that it took our food a long time to arrive and we ordered a burger and a Caesar salad. They may have been short staffed that particular day. The bartender was very friendly and welcoming while we waited. However, because our food took so long, we decided to not try the Cafe for breakfast. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The hotel is located in an area where...

"We loved our stay, the view from our room of the Empire State and entire city was amazing! Our room was beautiful. The only unfortunate part was the club level was closed for renovations but we still got charged the full amount for the experience fee. Apart from that it was a perfect stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to New York to stay there. The location is perfect , across the road from the train station. Just around the corner from Katz Deli too!"

"Fantastic stay and the staff was lovely. Room service is not connected to the hotel so you have to place orders (vs charge the room) which is not a big deal but if the restaurant is very busy you have to contact them yourself (they sometimes won’t pick up if they’re too busy). Overall really enjoyed our stay and will comeback again"

"Stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday at a nearby restaurant. Great rooms, super friendly staff (except the pool waitress), front desk gave my wife and I drink tickets and upgraded our room. Overall great experience and would stay again."
