"The hotel, property, lobby, room and amenities were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a little bar in the lobby. The room windows, beds, carpet. towels, and pillows were great and it came with a mini fridge & espresso coffee maker - everything was like brand new. The elevator was new and bright. It would be a 5-star experience except for two negatives: (1) this could be solved for - parking lot spaces (an additional $10 charge on top of rate) are not wide...

"We have stayed at this hotel several times because of the convenience to NAU and dining. It could be updated and profession services as far as painting and small repairs. It seems those who are do the small improvements or repairs don't take pride in their work. But the rooms and property were clean and well stocked."

"The rooms were very clean. We could smell the freshness as we stepped into the room. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was nice. It was hot. A lot better than just the usual continental breakfast. Parking was nice. We didn’t have to walk very far to get into the hotel."
