"From the moment I arrived, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Check-in was incredibly smooth—taking no more than two minutes—and the staff set the tone right away with their warm smiles and welcoming energy. Every interaction felt genuine, and their hospitality truly stood out.
One thing that really impressed me was the level of service. I requested additional towels, and within less than three minutes, they were delivered right to my door. That kind of efficiency and attentiveness is rare and definitely appreciated.
The room itself was absolutely amazing—spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. I completely fell in love with the deep soaking tub, which was perfect for unwinding, and the walk-in shower featuring a rainforest showerhead took the experience to another level of luxury.
Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations. Everything from the service to the amenities was top-tier. I would easily rate this experience a 100000000/10 for both my guest and I. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I will be booking again. "

"It is a good value. They are updating some areas so it just may take time. the breakfast is adequate. We could not get the TV to turn off. I had to just turn down the volume to sleep. I reported it and they tried to fix it but it still would not turn off.
the toilet also backed up and when I went to the desk to let her know I was told she would give me a plunger but no one is there to help. My roommate actually went to Walmart and bought a plunger to use (they did reimburse her) But there should be someone on property that can do this sort of thing. "

"The power outlets didn’t work so couldn’t charge our phones. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom at all and only 2 towels when we had 4 of us. The bedding had a stench to it not sure how to describe other than maybe didn’t dry all the way before putting it on the beds. The staff was very kind and made it where I didn’t want to complain because of how welcoming and sweet they were. The pool was gross I took the net and scooped out what seemed to be a years worth of people’s hair which was just floating in the pool. Along with 3 plastic bottles and some other trash that was in the pool but hard to see because it was so chlorinated. "

"Had a lot of parties going on next-door neighbor was called twice and asked for another room. They told me that they’ll take care of it. I asked for another room the next night and they said they took care of the problem but the problem existed the next night when I was checking out they asked me and I told him and they just said sorry. I would never recommend this place ever again."
