"Only 1 elevator and key card readers for outside door didn't work very well. Breakfast was not impressive no bacon, no pancakes and dehydrated eggs. Cereal was not geared towards kids so no breakfast for grandson for 4 days. Had to ask for flimsy mattress for pullout which didn't know for 2 days. A/C was cold. Bed was comfortable but sheets kept coming off as they were queen on a king bed. Cleaning and breakfast staff only spoke Spanish so hard to communicate."
