"Waterpark was wonderful for our grandchildren (all 6 and under). Rooms were very nice. The Pub, onsite , served delicious sandwiches. The continental breakfast had many, many choices. Staff were very friendly."

"Was in town for the Ballet at The Grand Theater, was able to walk there and back easily. Had dinner and drinks before and our waitress made sure we we well taken care of and out in time for the show. Beds were comfy and room was clean. The furniture is looking a little worse for wear, but it’s a small thing. I would definitely recommend the Jefferson Street Inn."

"Pictures online are not accurate. Lots of homeless people living here. I had pets, so did others. Dogs barking all the time. Residents are noisy, which causes dogs to bark, which causes my dogs to bark. I barely slept. Almost checked out around 1 am because of the lack of quiet surroundings. As a single, female traveler, I was nervous about all the residents hanging outside. Didn't feel safe. I picked this place based on reviews and pictures. This is the 2nd time out of the last 2 that the online info was not accurate. I guess A1 can make everyone's hotel look spectacular. We are losing the truth from everything!!"

"Security lights outside were either too dim or out completely; cable TV selection was terrible; had to fix the flushing lever on the toilet; it was a very long walk to anywhere; pool/hot tub area ran out of towels Saturday night evening with no evidence of an effort to replace them; only ice/vending area I could find was on the first floor (I was on the 2nd). The saving grace was the hot tub, very nice. Overall, though, not a great experience."

"We arrived later evening after long drive. The gal that checked us in was very friendly and asked what floor we would like a room. We asked for quiet room as very tired from driving. The room was quiet and very clean. Highly recommend. "
