"I would stay at this hotel again as the staff are brilliant, everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to help me. I picked this hotel as it had free transfers to and from the airport so did not use the amenities as I only stayed the night But the staff were brilliant and are a credit to the hotel. It was an added benefit to our booking, but wasn’t included when we checked in. It was a long and very unpleasant struggle to get the added features that we had paid for. We weren’t at all happy with Expedia."
