Drury Inn & Suites Cincinnati Northeast Mason

10/10 Excellent

"This was my third stay at the Drury in Mason. Customer service is top-notch. The kick-back, offering a buffet of various food, is excellent. With today's economy, you can't beat it. The free breakfast is also fantastic. I traveled with one person and we really apprecated it. I can't imagine the savings for families. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Every time I've particiapted in the kick back, one of the staff members has asked if I found everything satisfactory. The trip last week ... staff member Stephanie asked about my experience. I was a guest at the Drury because I was in town to see the Doobie Brothers and Santana at the nearby Riverbend. The gentleman who helped check me in and out offered assistance as far as how long it would take to get to the venue. I can't write enough good things about the Drury. It was comfortable and accommodating. I will seek out a Drury for all my travels."

"The hotel was very good in all ways; however, it was the staff who made the experience memorable. The two people who greeted me at reception were exceptional in conducting their work. The Asian gentleman who was at the desk several days/evenings greeted people with a smile, was knowledgeable and efficient. He assisted me with a speedy check in and with answers to my questions about the neighborhood. The African American woman who was on duty on my last day was equally pleasant and helpful. Having quality in these positions makes a huge difference in the overall experience.[I wrote down both employees’ names but unfortunately lost the note.]"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."
