The Hotel by far is the most impressive and beautiful place to stay. The breakfast view of the mountains in the morning was amazing. The Hotel was nice,clean, and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a great place for a getaway. Beautiful mountain views, great restaurant and comfy beds are just some of the things we loved. The pool was also great and the design of the entire building is fabulous.

Great hotel and great staff. Very clean & smelled good. Modern decor and the staff were so helpful. I would def stay here again. The restaurant was 10/10 too. Shoutout to our waitress Lexi!!!!!!!! She was amazing and sooooooo great with my daughter.

New IHG property in Conway NH was wonderful. Front desk Jordan is a gem! We stayed with our dog and the room was perfect i.e. not near a stairwell or elevator so traffic was minimal. Very clean room and public areas. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

The lobby and main floor were very modern and comfortable with the floor to ceiling windows perfectly framing the beautiful scenic overview of the mountains. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were very friendly and almost always eager to assist. The room itself was very modern and comfortable. My wife especially liked the wonderful simplicity and style of the bathroom. The restaurant was great as well, with its scenic windows overlooking the mountain range. The food was quite good and the staff were wonderful for the most part. My only complaints would be that while the pool itself was very nice, the water was very cold to swim in. I understand it is fall, but it is still an indoor pool and one could reasonably become sick staying in that water for too long, especially children. The housekeeping also was not up to the level I was expecting of such a well-appointed hotel. My wife and I returned to our room each day of our stay to find that while the beds had been made and the towels were changed, there was still a large amount of dust and hair on the floors of the bedroom and especially the bathroom. Additionally, pillows were sometimes not returned to their correct places on the bed after it had been made. Aside from these minor issues, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend the Indigo to other travelers.

The hotel was very clean, decorated well and smelled wonderful! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had a waterfall and regular shower head, which was relaxing. All toiletries provided in pumps were good quality. Nice view of the mountains from our balcony. Restaurants, mountain activities, train station and shops are within a couple of miles of the hotel. And staff were friendly! The only reason for a good review and not an excellent review was after I was charged for my rooms there was an unexpected hold of the room charge again plus $100 for each room. Most hotels it’s just the incidental hold so I was surprised to see such a large amount from my account the next morning. The money was released without issue after check-out. We would still stay again knowing this now but It would be awful for a younger couple who didn’t expect a larger amount help and it keep them from enjoying their stay due to funds.
