"Just returned home from a lovely stay at The Sandrock in Lynton. The Sandrock is a little out of the way of the main high street but still only a 5 minute walk to the shops etc. We stayed in room 4 which was clean and well appointed, the en suite was spacious (huge infact!)and the towels really fluffy, it was also super clean and tidy. The room had lots of little extras to make it cosy and homely. The bed was really, REALLY comfy, so much so that even my partner who usually struggles when we are...

"Really enjoyed our stay at Trimstone Manor. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, great service. Stunning countryside surroundings and wildlife. We stayed in a lovely spacious room at the front with a 4 poster bed and great view of the gardens and scenery. Nice and clean with everything we needed and more, wasn’t expecting a fridge :-) very handy as we booked a room rather than a self catering cottage. Enjoyed a swim in the pool, the pool barn has feature of big water mill wheel...

"1st thing this isnt in Ilfracombe its combe martin which had hardly anything in it, so very misleading on hotels.com, ok, it was just a nights stop to break the trip up, wish we had knew it was a carvery as even though we was stopping there they was fully booked and couldnt fit us in, which i thought was bad service because surely they could of called us to offer us this knowing we was staying there the night, instead we had to go looking for food elsewhere and in combe martin there isnt much...
