"Had to get someone on the street to call the place to open the gate . Was given the code over the phone . No signpost to indicate it was the hotel . Looks run down and not a 5 star but a 1 star . No meals on site or a bar . I was told to go to the mall for my dinner but breakfast was offered . "

Tried hundred times on different occasions on the 4th May and on the 5th May and gave up. Had to look for alternative accommodation on the 4th. Processing to recover my money through relevant authorities."
