"Hot tub was out of order, bandaid on bottom of pool, had to call for fix for tv, shower pressure awful and leaking, curtain slider off track, room service overpriced and food over bland. Very disappointed but front desk was only covered for elite members, too long a line with a tight schedule

"WORST EXPERIENCE!
I came to check in for my birthday, only to be told my reservation had been canceled without any notice. I arrived late—around 2:30 AM—after celebrating, exhausted and just wanting to get to my room. To make matters worse, the lobby doors were locked when I got there, and I couldn’t even get inside. I had to wait until another guest let me in.
Once inside, I waited about 30 minutes for the receptionist, who was nowhere to be found. When he finally showed up, I provided my ID...

"Quiet hotel with spacious/clean rooms, easily accessible by public transportation and within walking distance of parks, restaurants and super markets. However, two small bottles of water in the refrigerator were complimentary ONLY for elite members and this *for me* reflects poor customer care. Next time, I will avoid Hyatt if they don't change this myopic policy..."
