"Best staff! Check in was smooth although there was a long line of tired people whose flights had been canceled. The front desk staff was efficient, polite and super friendly. The shuttle was easy to find at the airport. Our room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable."

"This is honestly the dirtiest, most awful place. My first room had a heavy odor of smoke, they were kind enough to change my room. The second one didn’t smell as bad but there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the sheets had burn holes and the chair looked like it had been picked up on the side of the road. Worse it wasn’t 5 miles from the airport but a 20 minute drive. Whoever wrote the good reviews on this place must have made some kind of mistake "

"El problema es que necesito el rembolso completo de mi dinero esta estancia nunca la tome al llegar estaba el hotel deteriorado la persona que nos atendió estaba bajo los efecto del alcohol supuestamente mi habitación etaba ocupada muy mal trato tuve que salirme del lugar y irme a otro hotel cercano es decir que no me hospede en dicho hotel Muy sucio todo mal apariencia no aire acondicionado el techo roto mala atención Y necesito el rembolso absoluto de mi dinero "

"Staff couldn’t be bothered very unfriendly. Went to use the pool and was told we couldn’t use it. The whole reason for booking there was so we could have a pool day after our cruise. Staff not apologetic in anyway at all. Actually told me I am crazy to let my kids swim anyway they will get sick. Then told me what do you expect from an airport hotel. Room had stains all over the carpet, bed sheet had stains and were ripped. Had to ask for bedding for the second bed. Foot stool also ripped....

"Sam is the nicest manager ive ever met. He carried my box to my room and has always been understanding of my needs like smokers near my door. He truly is an angel and due to him and the excellent cleaning staff this place is a fantastic rating for me. I hope Sam makes good money cause he goes above and beyond and deserves a raise!"
