"I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. "The late-night person who checked us in was rude and took a while to check us in (after we called on our way to let them know we would be late). The room was very damp and smelled horrible when we entered. The towels, sheets, and comforter were stained. The Wi-fi didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived. Good location. Daytime and early evening staff were nice and helpful."

"Our actual room wasn’t bad but the hotel definitely needs an update. The gym was pretty gross with dust n dirt, food on the floor and it was very small. Also wouldn’t mind some nicer toiletry items in the bathrooms."
