"The location is ideal. Walkable to the cruise port, Syndey Harbour bridge and Opera house. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We also received a beautiful welcome amenity recognizing our special occasion. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"All of the staff we encountered at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Particularly the concierge team. Our room was noisy, we must have been near a large fan or utilities room. When we checked out I mentioned this and the staff member said he would ensure this was investigated. Beds are super comfortable! We will definitely stay again."
