"Excellent hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean and feel like a 5-star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to provide a free drinking water station in the lobby or reception area, available 24/7 exclusively for hotel guests. Overall, an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel"

"Very clean room, comfy bed, and nice refreshing AC. 2 pools to choose from, restaurants within walking distance, next to dive shops and pet friendly. Morning coffee outside on the deck by the water watching the sun rise. Mini fridge and coffee maker. All I needed Only down thing was the WIFI did not work in my room."

"You get what you pay for. The property was better maintained than the rooms. Once I walked into my room the smell of mold overwhelmed me. I ended up going to purchase a bunch of air fresheners just to help with the odor. I completely disinfected the entire place before settling. The bathroom grout was all black and moldy and the toilet seat was unstable. It seemed like the floor had just been mopped because it was wet but the floor seemed to get wet in certain areas while me and my daughter were just sitting down. It was very weird. I was afraid to touch anything and used my own blankets to lay on. The iron had something sticky on it. I couldn’t get a refund for the second nights stay, so I just tried to make the best of it. This place is very outdated and needs a deep clean and renovation. I wouldn’t choose to stay here ever again just because I expect cleanliness, at the least. The one good thing was that there was hot running water."
