"I would like to speak with someone about a redund or credit to my acount. I was unable to stay the last night due to no power and no elevator from the 5th floor. All my refrigerated items were lost and that was our dinner and desssert as well as the milk to drink. The first morning we were given access to a different room to shower in and get ready for a funeral and were told all things would be good by 9am. "The stay was good except the breakfast was generally awful. The sausage had no flavor did not seem like meat of any kind and everything seemed super processed. The muffins were chocolate chip with no other choices. This mornings egg dish was a piece of bread witha thin layer of egg on it that was very strange. The ham and potato hash was too salty to eat. "

"Very friendly staff, and comfortable bed. TV didn't connect with remote so we had to get up to turn up the volume and turn on the tv, which was a little annoying. Wifi doesn’t work very well, pretty low speed. Breakfast was delicious at hydrangea house (offered on the first day) and just ok in the manor. Overall staff is friendly and I would stay here again for a no frills stay. "
