"The Flamingo is one of the oldest hotels on the strip and one of the most inexpensive. So you can understand there are a few updates needed in some of the rooms. With that said, if you're not happy with your room, the staff will assist you with getting your room changed with no questions asked. The manager will also call and make sure you're happy with the new room and let you know they heard your feedback and will work on improvements."

"The entire staff staff was very friendly and helpful. Thought I was going to need an extremely late check-in and they were accommodating, even when I ended up not needing it. Rosa was friendly and helpful and Anna (?) prepared a great breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay there again."
