Our issue really comes from the lack of available tours unless sufficient guests book in, but if not enough book you’re not able to book with another tour company without paying an extortionate docking fee. "The pool was a bit small, but okay. It is in a small courtyard so it felt like it was "inside" even though it was open to the sky. The first room they put me in had a dripping air conditioner, so they moved me to a different room where everything worked well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The included meals were good. I actually hadn't known that I wouldn't be able to get alcohol here, but luckily I was only here for a couple of days! :) "

"This was our 4th stay here and we were a little reticent as had heard the adult restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment. However we were pleased to find the alternative in place was adult breakfast at the Asian wok which was amazing. We booked the a la carte restaurants for every evening and had a great experience. The staff are amazing as usual the building work is as discreet as it could be. Overall a great stay again"

"Absolutely loved it, the staff is extremely helpful by having in mind that I missed one day and arrived the next due to the flight cancellations. The hosts are very welcoming, you get everything you need even if you are alone, safety, security and arrangements you request.
