"The beds were so comfortable. I could have stayed in it all day. Can't hear anything outside once the for is closed. The room was clean and I was very impressed with the water pressure for the shower. Will certainly stay again when I'm in the area."

"I was in town for a family emergency. The front desk clerk was very rude. At check in she did not great me, she was very monotone , deposition was very unpleasant. the next day when I checked out the same clerk was at the desk. Same attitude like she is mad at the world. She was on her cell phone. I asked for a receipt and was give a receipt that just showed that I paid. I wanted an itemized receipt which gave the break down of how much the room cost, taxes, and any other charges. She sighed told the person she was on the phone with "let me call you back" as if I was getting on her nerves or disturbed her phone call. This caused a verbal altercation and I asked to speak to the manager because I was not about to keep going back and fourth with her. You already don't have 24 hours in a room where you cant check in until 3pm and check out is 11am. Housekeeping didn't just knock on the door they were banging on the door at 9am. This whole experience was terrible!"

"The overall appearance of the place, just looks rundown in person the pictures that they advertise of their rooms look different. Our rooms were nasty dirt all in the floor stuff all in the tubs the rooms smelled horrible. We also noticed in one of the rooms there was a bug look like it had gnats in the refrigerator. We asked for towels several times and never got them. we also noticed when we were getting ready to leave. They started to come in and strip the beds. They do not wash their blankets. They only change the sheets. It just looks like a very shady place to stay at. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this motel."

"They had run out of food at breakfast and we had to go somewhere else to eat. "

"Not clean, shoes stick to dirty elevator floor, room had used towel in shower, run down. If it was cleaned n painted might be better, breakfast not good."

"Problems with my checkin to start with. The lobby and hallways had an odor. The breakfast was not much. There were very few people staying there, and I was told they were booked up. The TV in the room had issues. Might be Ok as a last resort, but I will not stay there again."

"Sheets and towels were worn and stained. Finish was worn off bathtub and surface was extremely slick. Some of the light switches didn’t work and you need a degree from MIT to get the tv on. How about some instructions for the tv system?"

"This stay was the worst I have ever had. A lady next door put her phone on speaker and yelled into it for hours talking to people, waking me up from a sound sleep. I called the front desk and asked her to either quiet her down or move her to another room, nothing was done. When I checked in they demanded an additional $25 for "room damage". Water pressure Very low. When checking out I asked for the usual receipt of charges, they were unable/unwilling to give it to me, I have no idea what I my card was charged for the room. They were people violently bouncing on the beds most of the night on the floor above me, I hope it was kids. I was so mad when I checked out I forgot to ask about hospice and childcare. I was traveling through and did not know the area, the next morning in daylight I found multiple other choice about 1/2 mile away. Avoid this place like the plague."
