"This was a great hotel for our stay. Very clean and our suite was huge. Would definitely stay here again. Nice indoor pool with even better outdoor seating."

"The room was clean & comfortable. We came in to Omaha in late flight & shuttle was prompt in picking us up. We also parked our car at hotel for flight & trip before stay. All worked out very ell. Thank you."

"I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it."

"The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...

"No Belgian waffles. Limited breakfast options. Bed and pillows were a little hard. Otherwise great place to stay."

"When I book with Expedia, I don't expect a third party payer fee when I check in. It negated the discount for prepayment. There were a few spots on the carpet that needed cleaning. I did appreciate the opportunity for long term airport parking."

"Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent."

"Picked this hotel because the pool looked fun to give my daughter something to do. The first night was hard to enjoy the pool because they were a bunch of rowdy boys there that were too rough for smaller kids to play. The hot tub was nice. I wish the pool was a foot deeper. But it was fun none the less. The floors around the pool area need to be cleaned. The room itself was ok, but they could use a remodel, and a good cleaning. "Looks like a pretty new building, and everything is in good shape. The pool and a hot tub was nice, and popular for kids. The gym next to it had sufficient machines. Breakfast was nice, too. It was at a convention location and still quiet. We will stay again!"

"Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms and facility were clean. Pool was great. Location is by hospitals which would be perfect if one had a loved one there. A bit far from the Zoo, etc, but not bad. Too bad restaurant next to it is closed."
