"The room smelled like mold and when asked to please wave the 2nd night, due to each person staying in the room having respiratory problems, "Partel" told us to call wherever we booked our hotel. We asked if she could give us the number, she looked at me straight in my eyes and said google it. We did so, got in touch with who we needed to get in touch with, they said they had to ask the hotel to waive our 2nd night, Partel told them no. She mad us call all around just for her to say no. Also, I booked the room for 4 people. They had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 rags. When I asked Partel for extra towels, she took her time to call for more towels for me. She was very rude and inconsiderate about everything."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Mary

"We arrived to the property late on Thursday night. The room was hot. We turned the air way down but it wasn’t working properly. I told the front desk the next morning. I was told the would have maintenance take care of it while we were out. When we returned that evening the air hadn’t been repaired. They told me they didn’t have any other rooms to move me to. The next day I was finally moved to a room with working air. I was told they would compensate me for the two nights but I haven’t been to this point. The new room was fine. I wish I could have gotten it from the first day."
