"We booked into this property as it looked good on the web site and seemed to be what we were looking for. When we arrived, we were told that the room we were allocated was given to another person and we had to Waite some time until we were able to access our apartment. The apartment was as described on the web site. We noticed some significant noise and asked to change to another room. The staff were helpful and obliging and we were given another room. "Lovely hotel. However I was charged twice for the stay. Once from Expedia which was correct and once by the hotel. After 10days of chasing the hotel I am still waiting a reply."
