"Old property. Needs maintenance. Service very hit and miss. Have to take shuttle for breakfast. Beach nice. No drink service. Not worth the high price. "

"Door was ajar upon arrival after 10pm and I was a female traveling alone. I took the time to check every closet and under the beds in both rooms before finding the balcony door unlocked as well. Other than that, location was good, close to airport. Nice sunset view. Hard to get an Uber during morning rush hour (first day I was there about an hour before I got a driver after 3 driver cancellations). But a reasonably priced place. After all of that, I would recommend."

"Great little hideaway with a on site tiki bar and restaurant hotel guest have a separate pool from non guest the too
We had was very large with a comfortable bed and water view staff were very friendly will stay here again"

"I been going to Surf beach resort
For years, It’s like a Home away from home
Staff is very helpful
The beaches are beautiful
Clean, I love treasure Island
Lots to do , swimming, biking, boating
Busch Garden ,SeaWorld, Disney World not to far to drive
Restaurant are plenty
And their a Dunkin’ Donuts across the street and a ice cream place, which is to die for so yummy"
